Italian-Style Porketta Roast

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning

¼ teaspoon onion powder

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

4 pounds boneless pork roast
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).

In a small bowl, combine dill seed, fennel seed, oregano, lemon-pepper seasoning, onion powder, and garlic powder. Rub this spice mixture generously onto all sides of the pork roast. Place the roast in a 10x15-inch roasting pan.

Roast in the preheated oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until the pork is just slightly pink in the center. The internal temperature should reach at least 145°F (63°C) when measured with an instant-read thermometer.
