Italian-Style Turkey Meatballs

1 ½ pounds ground lean turkey

⅔ cup dry Italian bread crumbs

⅓ cup chopped fresh parsley

¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

¼ cup tomato sauce

3 cloves garlic, minced

3 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano

2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary

1 teaspoon dry mustard

½ teaspoon cayenne pepper

¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F and grease a broiler pan with a light coating of butter.

In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, parsley, Parmesan, tomato sauce, garlic, oregano, rosemary, mustard, cayenne, and salt. Mix until well incorporated. Shape the mixture into 30 meatballs and arrange them on the prepared pan.

Bake for about 15 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through and no longer pink in the center. Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure they reach 165°F (74°C) internally.
