1 pound ground beef

2 eggs, beaten

1 cup panko bread crumbs

¾ cup ketchup, divided

1 tablespoon salt-free seasoning blend

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon onion powder

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking pan.

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, eggs, panko breadcrumbs, and 1/2 cup of ketchup. Mix well by hand, and season with your choice of salt-free seasoning blend, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on the prepared baking pan. Top with the remaining 1/4 cup of ketchup.

Bake for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
