Instructions

In a medium-sized bowl, combine hoisin sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, and soy sauce. Dip each pork chop into the sauce mixture, placing them in a shallow baking dish. Drizzle any leftover sauce over the chops. Cover and refrigerate for 30 to 60 minutes.
