Juicy and Flavorful Baked Pork Chops

⅓ cup hoisin sauce

¼ cup white vinegar

2 cups brown sugar

1 cup low sodium soy sauce

4 (1 inch thick) pork chops 
Instructions
- 
In a medium-sized bowl, combine hoisin sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, and soy sauce. Dip each pork chop into the sauce mixture, placing them in a shallow baking dish. Drizzle any leftover sauce over the chops. Cover and refrigerate for 30 to 60 minutes. 
- 
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). 
- 
Bake the pork chops uncovered for 30 to 40 minutes, or until the sauce thickens into a glaze and the pork is fully cooked.
