1 ½ cups pineapple juice

½ cup soy sauce

1 teaspoon ground ginger

½ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon white pepper

4 (6 ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine pineapple juice, soy sauce, ginger, garlic powder, and white pepper. Set aside a small portion of the marinade for dipping later.

Place chicken into the marinade, adding water to cover. Seal and refrigerate for 24 hours.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Lightly oil the grill grates. Grill the chicken for 5 to 7 minutes per side, depending on thickness. The chicken is ready when it is no longer pink inside and the juices run clear.
