2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup

8 ounces sour cream

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, combine the cracker crumbs, melted butter, and poppy seeds. Spread 2/3 of the mixture evenly in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish. In a separate bowl, mix the chicken breast pieces with cream of chicken soup and sour cream until smooth. Spoon this chicken mixture over the cracker crust. Sprinkle the remaining 1/3 of the cracker mixture on top of the chicken layer.

Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until it is hot and bubbling.
Chef's Tips:
To freeze, follow the recipe as usual, then allow it to cool. Once cooled, wrap the dish tightly with foil and store in the freezer.
For cooking from frozen, thaw overnight in the refrigerator and bake at 350°F for 1 hour. If cooking without thawing, simply bake until heated through.
