LC's Crispy Sweet Potato Fries

4 sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into long French fries

¼ cup olive oil

1 teaspoon steak seasoning

½ teaspoon ground black pepper

½ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon paprika

1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions

Place sweet potato fries in a large bowl, drizzle with 1/4 cup of olive oil, and toss to coat evenly. In a small bowl, combine steak seasoning, black pepper, garlic powder, salt, and paprika. Using your left hand, toss the fries with olive oil while sprinkling the seasoning blend evenly over them with your right hand.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sweet potato fries to the skillet and cover. Pan-fry for 5 minutes, then uncover and turn the fries. Cover again and cook for another 5 minutes. Continue turning and covering the fries until they are tender, about 10 more minutes.
