Lemon Butter Broccoli

1 lemon, juiced

¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper

salt and pepper to taste

1 (16 ounce) package frozen broccoli florets
Directions

In a large skillet, melt the butter, then add water, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat. Add the broccoli, stir to coat, and cover. Cook for 10-15 minutes over medium-low heat, stirring once, until the broccoli is tender yet still vibrant green. Serve hot, or refrigerate and serve chilled.
