Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the cauliflower steaks on top.

In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Brush the tops of the cauliflower steaks with half of the olive oil mixture.
