Lemon Herb Grilled Pork Chops

¼ cup lemon juice

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon dried oregano

¼ teaspoon pepper

6 (4 ounce) boneless pork loin chops
Instructions

In a large resealable bag, mix together lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, oregano, and pepper. Add the pork chops to the bag, seal it, and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight. Turn the bag occasionally to evenly coat the chops with the marinade.

Preheat the grill to high heat. Take the chops out of the bag and pour the remaining marinade into a saucepan. Bring the marinade to a boil, then remove from heat and set aside.

Lightly oil the grill grates. Grill the pork chops for 5 to 7 minutes on each side, frequently basting with the boiled marinade, until fully cooked.
