8 taco shells

4 (6 ounce) mahi mahi fillets, cut into 1-inch slices

1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons olive oil
Cooking Instructions

For the mango salsa: Combine mango, avocado, tomato, red onion, red pepper, parsley, canola oil, brown sugar, lime juice, cider vinegar, hot sauce, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Chill the salsa in the fridge for optimal flavor before serving.

Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).

Warm taco shells in the oven for about 5 minutes until crispy.

Season mahi mahi fillets with 1 tsp of black pepper, paprika, and 1/2 tsp of salt.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the mahi mahi for about 3 minutes per side, or until it easily flakes.
