3 pounds chicken wings, split and tips discarded
Instructions

In a shallow bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, molasses, chili sauce, garlic, and ginger. Add the chicken, making sure each piece is evenly coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour, turning the chicken occasionally to ensure even marination.

Arrange the marinated chicken in a single layer in a large baking dish, and reserve the remaining marinade for basting.

Bake the chicken in the preheated oven, turning the wings halfway through and basting frequently with the reserved marinade. Bake for about 50 minutes, or until the meat is no longer pink and the juices run clear. To check for doneness, use an instant-read thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F (74°C). Discard any remaining marinade after cooking.
