½ cup chopped onion

1 cup dry bread crumbs

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin lightly.

In a bowl, combine ground beef, soup, chopped onion, breadcrumbs, eggs, salt, and pepper. Spoon the mixture evenly into the muffin cups.

Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches at least 160°F (70°C). For an added twist, after 50 minutes, spread a layer of ketchup on top of each muffin and return to the oven for another 10 minutes.
