Mexican Tomato Rice Dish

Instructions
Prepare all the necessary ingredients before starting.

In a saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Add the rice and cook, stirring occasionally, until it turns golden brown, about 2 to 3 minutes.

Slowly pour water into the saucepan while stirring the rice. Add the tomato powder, onion powder, and garlic powder.

Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 2 minutes. Lower the heat, cover, and let the rice simmer until it absorbs most of the liquid, about 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let it sit, covered, for another 5 minutes to absorb the remaining liquid.
