Cooking Instructions

Rinse the pig's feet well with cold water and place them in a large pot or Dutch oven. Add onion, celery, vinegar, red pepper flakes, seasoned salt, garlic, black pepper, and bay leaves. Pour in enough water to fully cover the ingredients.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then lower the heat to a simmer and braise for about 2 hours until the meat becomes tender and easily falls off the bone.
