1 cup cornflakes cereal

Instructions
Start by gathering all the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish to prepare for baking.

In a large bowl, mix together zucchini, bell peppers, cornflakes, cheese, oil, basil, and eggs. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Evenly spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
