My Go-To Pork Chops

1 (18 ounce) bottle barbeque sauce

Cooking Instructions

Season the pork chops with steak seasoning and sear both sides in a skillet. Once browned, set them aside on a plate.

Pour beer into the skillet, scraping up any browned bits. Stir in barbecue sauce, then return the pork chops and onions to the skillet. Lower the heat, cover, and let it simmer for 1 to 2 hours. Check the internal temperature with a thermometer; it should reach at least 145°F (63°C) in the center.
