Instructions
Prepare all the ingredients before you start cooking.

Crack the eggs into a large resealable freezer bag, press out most of the air, and seal the bag. Shake or gently squeeze it to beat the eggs thoroughly.

Open the bag and add ham, Cheddar cheese, tomato, mushrooms, onions, bell pepper, and salsa. Squeeze out as much air as possible, then seal the bag again.

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Carefully place the bag (up to 8 bags at once) into the boiling water and cook for exactly 13 minutes.

Open the bag and allow the omelet to gently roll out onto a plate. It should come out easily.
