1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk

1 teaspoon ground dry mustard

1 to taste salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Evenly distribute cheese at the bottom of the baking dish. In a large mixing bowl, whisk eggs, milk, mustard powder, salt, and pepper. Pour the egg mixture over the cheese.

Bake for 40 minutes or until firm. Allow to cool slightly before cutting into squares and serving.
