2 cloves minced garlic

¾ cup chili sauce

½ cup beer

¼ cup honey

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

½ teaspoon dry mustard

3 ½ pounds country style pork ribs
Instructions
Prepare all necessary ingredients.

Set the oven to preheat at 350°F (175°C).
Heat some oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Sauté onions and garlic until they become fragrant and soft, about 4 to 6 minutes.

Add chili sauce, beer, honey, Worcestershire sauce, and dry mustard to the pan. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer until the sauce thickens and the flavors meld, about 20 minutes.

At the same time, arrange the ribs evenly in a large baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
