Pan-Seared Pork Chops and Potatoes in a Savory Sauce

1 large onion, chopped

5 potatoes, peeled and sliced

1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

½ (10.5 ounce) can water

½ (10.5 ounce) can milk

salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions

Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and place the pork chops in the pan. Sear on medium-high heat until browned on both sides.

Flip the pork chops and add the onions. Arrange the sliced potatoes on top of the chops and season with salt and black pepper.

In a large measuring cup, mix together the soup, water, and milk. Pour the mixture into the skillet. Add extra water or milk as needed to fully cover the potatoes.

Cover the skillet and cook for about 45 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
