Parmesan Garlic Oven-Fried Chicken

Cooking Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a shallow dish, combine crushed garlic with melted butter or margarine. In a separate small bowl, mix together bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper. Dip each piece of chicken into the garlic butter, then coat in the crumb mixture.
Arrange the coated chicken pieces in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Drizzle with the remaining garlic butter and bake, uncovered, in the preheated oven for 1 to 1 1/4 hours, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the juices run clear.
