8 Roma (plum) tomatoes, diced

½ cup Italian dressing, or to taste

¼ cup finely chopped fresh basil

¼ cup diced red onion

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Cooking Instructions
Bring a large pot of water, lightly salted, to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook, stirring occasionally, until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
Once the pasta is drained, transfer it to a large mixing bowl. Add the chopped tomatoes, Italian dressing, fresh basil, red onion, and Parmesan cheese, then toss everything together until evenly coated.
