Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, rice wine, and rice wine vinegar until fully combined and smooth.

Once melted, mix in the sugar mixture and stir well. Transfer to a bowl and add the curry powder, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, chili sauce, ginger, and fish sauce. Stir until well combined.
