The Ultimate Chicken Waldorf Salad

½ cup chopped walnuts

2 cooked rotisserie chicken breasts, cubed

1 cup seedless red grapes, halved

½ Granny Smith apple, cored and cubed

¼ cup chopped red onion

½ cup mayonnaise

½ cup vanilla yogurt

2 teaspoons lemon juice
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).

Arrange the chopped walnuts on a baking sheet.

Toast the walnuts in the oven for 3 to 5 minutes, or until fragrant and golden. Remove and set aside to cool.

Gently combine the chicken, grapes, cranberries, apple, walnuts, and onion in a large salad bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vanilla yogurt, and lemon juice. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
