Peppery Beef and Cabbage Stir-Fry

Prepare the ingredients.

Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat and add oil. Sauté garlic for about 5 seconds, then add the ground beef. Stir-fry the beef for 5 to 7 minutes until evenly browned, then drain off any excess fat.
