Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet with edges.
Combine ground turkey, crushed crackers, milk, chopped onion, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Form the mixture into a loaf and place it on the prepared baking sheet.

For the glaze: Stir together ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl. Set it aside.
