Personalized Greek Pita Pizzas
Ingredients Needed

2 tablespoons lemon juice

½ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon dried oregano

¼ teaspoon dried basil

6 tablespoons olive oil

2 (4 inch) pita bread rounds

2 cups torn fresh spinach

¼ cup halved grape tomatoes

3 tablespoons chopped pimento-stuffed green olives

½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a medium bowl, combine lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano, and basil. Whisk in olive oil until the dressing is well combined.

Lightly brush about 1 tablespoon of the dressing onto the pita breads and arrange them on a baking sheet. Set aside the remaining dressing for later.

In a large bowl, mix spinach, tomatoes, and olives. Pour the reserved dressing over the vegetables and toss until well coated. Evenly distribute the spinach mixture on top of each pita and sprinkle with mozzarella and feta cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the pita edges are lightly golden.
