1 cup packed brown sugar

Cooking Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter.

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil, then add the sweet potatoes. Cook until tender but still firm. Drain and allow to cool, then peel and cut into quarters.

In a saucepan, combine pineapple, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer.
