Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring it to a boil. Cook the spaghetti in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, until al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.

Add the drained spaghetti to the bowl and stir until evenly combined. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Afterward, remove from the oven and reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C).

Spread the spaghetti sauce over the noodle mixture. Sprinkle with oregano and basil, then top with the remaining 1 1/2 cups of mozzarella cheese. Arrange slices of pepperoni over the cheese.

Return the dish to the oven and bake until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and starting to brown, about 30 minutes. Allow it to cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
