1 onion, quartered then sliced

2 ½ cups Cheddar cheese, shredded

3 tablespoons butter

5 pork chops
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, layer the sliced potatoes and onions, mixing them gently. Top with shredded cheese and pour milk halfway into the dish. Dot the top with butter. Lay the pork chops on top, seasoning with salt and pepper. Bake for 1 hour, or until the potatoes are tender, flipping the pork chops halfway through cooking.
