1 (8 ounce) container frozen apple cider concentrate, undiluted

¼ cup dry sherry

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Heat olive oil in a large, oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and poultry seasoning. Brown the chops on both sides in the hot oil. Drizzle Worcestershire sauce over the chops, then pour in the apple cider.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the pork chops and set them aside on a plate. Return the skillet to the stove, adding sherry to the pan. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently, until the sauce thickens. Pour the sauce over the chops and serve.
