1 (.18 ounce) packet sazon seasoning

¼ teaspoon black pepper

2 cups cooked pinto beans, drained

1 ½ cups water

Instructions

In a saucepan, warm olive oil over low heat. Add tomato sauce, sofrito, sazon seasoning, and pepper. Stir and cook for about 3 minutes. Next, add the beans, water, and salt. Raise the heat to medium and cook for 15 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
