Instructions
Prepare all ingredients before starting.

In a saucepan, bring water, oil, and salt to a boil over high heat.
Add rice and cook until most of the water has evaporated, stirring occasionally. Lower the heat to medium-low. Cover and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes.

Give the rice a final stir and serve. It may be slightly sticky and could stick to the bottom of the pot.
