Quick and Tasty Pork Chops

2 boneless center-cut pork loin chops
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.

In a bowl, combine orange juice, Dijon mustard, and brown sugar. Place the pork chops into the prepared dish, then pour the orange juice mixture over them.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches at least 145°F (63°C).

Pour the remaining marinade into a skillet, and cook over medium-high heat until it's reduced by half. Drizzle this reduced sauce over the cooked pork chops before serving.
