Rich and Creamy Beef Tips Over Egg Noodles

2 pounds sirloin tips, cubed

½ yellow onion, chopped

2 (10.5 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup (such as Campbell’s)

1 cup milk

½ cup red wine

1 (1.25 ounce) package beef with onion soup mix

2 (16 ounce) packages egg noodles
Cooking Instructions
In a large skillet, heat over medium-high heat. Sauté beef sirloin tips with onions in the hot pan until the beef is nicely browned, about 5 minutes.
Mix together cream of mushroom soup, milk, red wine, and beef with onion soup mix in a bowl. Pour this mixture into the skillet, stirring to coat the beef. Bring to a simmer, lower the heat, cover the skillet, and cook until the beef tips are tender, about 2 hours.
Reduce heat to the lowest setting and continue cooking until the beef is fork-tender and easily pulls apart, at least 4 more hours.
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the egg noodles, stirring occasionally, until they are al dente, about 5 minutes. Drain the noodles once done.
Spoon the beef tips mixture generously over the egg noodles.
