Instructions
Prepare all your ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Remove the bottom of the cabbage and place it flat side down on the cutting board. Slice into 1-inch thick pieces. Arrange the slices in a single layer in a large baking dish.

Drizzle olive oil over the cabbage slices and sprinkle with minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Cover the dish with foil.
