Rosemary-Infused Grilled Pork Chops

Ingredients List
-
1 cup soy sauce
-
½ cup water
-
6 tablespoons brown sugar
-
2 tablespoons dried rosemary, crushed
-
4 boneless pork chops
Instructions
-
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, water, brown sugar, and rosemary. Pour half of the marinade into a resealable plastic bag, add pork chops, ensuring they are coated, and remove excess air before sealing. Let marinate in the refrigerator for a minimum of 3 hours. Set aside the remaining marinade.
-
Preheat the grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grates. Remove the pork chops from the marinade, discarding any excess marinade.
-
Grill the pork chops for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the center is no longer pink. Baste occasionally with the reserved marinade. Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
