Salmon with Tomato and Basil

2 (6 ounce) boneless salmon fillets

1 tablespoon dried basil

1 tomato, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly coat with cooking spray.
Place the salmon fillets on the foil, sprinkle with fresh basil, and top with tomato slices. Drizzle with olive oil and finish with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the salmon is opaque in the center and the Parmesan has lightly browned.
