Set aside 1/4 cup of the marinade for basting. Pour the rest into a resealable plastic bag. Add the pork chops, ensuring they are coated, then remove excess air and seal the bag. Let the chops marinate in the fridge for 6 to 8 hours.

When it's time to cook, preheat the grill to high heat and lightly oil the grate. Remove the pork chops from the marinade, shaking off any excess. Discard the leftover marinade.
Grill the pork chops on the preheated grill, frequently basting with the reserved marinade, until the center is no longer pink, about 6 to 8 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer should register 145°F (63°C) when inserted into the center.
