1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

Cooking Instructions

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the sliced sirloin with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to taste. Cook for 5-10 minutes, stirring often, until the meat is browned and cooked through.

Add the chopped onion and continue sautéing for another 5 minutes. Then, stir in the chili or bell peppers, diced tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, and milk. Mix everything together, lower the heat to a simmer, and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
