6 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup white wine

2 tablespoons butter

½ cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
Collect all the necessary ingredients.

Rinse the clams thoroughly to remove any dirt or sand.
Warm oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté garlic in the hot oil until softened, about 1 minute.

Pour in the white wine and bring it to a boil. Allow it to cook until the wine reduces by half.

Add the clams to the pot, cover, and steam until the clams begin to open. Stir in butter, cover again, and cook until the majority of the clams have opened. Discard any clams that remain closed.
