Simple and Refreshing Apple Slaw

½ cup finely chopped red bell pepper

2 green onions, finely chopped

⅓ cup mayonnaise

⅓ cup brown sugar

1 tablespoon lemon juice, or to taste
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together shredded cabbage, sliced red and green apples, grated carrot, chopped red bell pepper, and chopped green onions.
For the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, brown sugar, and lemon juice. Pour over the cabbage mixture and toss until everything is well coated.
