Cooking Instructions

Place the sweet potatoes in a large pot and fill with salted water; bring to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer for around 20 minutes until tender. Drain the water.

Transfer the potatoes to a large mixing bowl. Add the butter, garlic, basil, and thyme, then mash everything together until smooth.
