Simple Chicken Alfredo

Ingredients Needed

1 pound uncooked fettuccine or linguine

2 boneless chicken breast halves, cooked and cubed

1 (16 ounce) jar Alfredo-style pasta sauce

1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables

1 (4.5 ounce) can sliced mushrooms

⅓ cup milk
Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add fettuccine and cook for about 8 minutes until tender but firm to the bite. Drain well.

While pasta cooks, combine cubed cooked chicken, Alfredo sauce, frozen veggies, mushrooms, and milk in a large pan over medium-low heat. Stir occasionally until the chicken is heated through and veggies are soft.

Serve the creamy Alfredo sauce and chicken mixture over the cooked pasta, and enjoy!
