Simple Crustless Quiche

1 pound sausage

1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

1 pound shredded Cheddar cheese

8 large eggs

3 cups heavy whipping cream

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the bacon and sausage, stirring frequently until evenly browned and the bacon becomes crispy, about 10 minutes. Drain the cooked meat on a plate lined with paper towels.

Butter the bottom and sides of a 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly on the bottom, then layer with the cooked bacon and sausage. Top with shredded Cheddar cheese.

In a bowl, beat the eggs, cream, and half-and-half together, then pour the mixture slowly over the cheese and sausage layers.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the quiche cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
