Simple Goulash

Ingredients Needed

1 (16 ounce) package elbow macaroni

1 pound ground beef

1 (10.75 ounce) can tomato soup

1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce

½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook elbow macaroni in the boiling water for 8 minutes, until just tender but still firm to the bite. Drain and return to the pot.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and crumbly, about 5-7 minutes.

Stir in the tomato soup and tomato sauce with the beef, then combine the mixture with the cooked macaroni. Transfer the entire mixture to a 1.5-quart baking dish and top with shredded Cheddar cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
