Simple Keto Beef Tacos

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Spread cheddar cheese into four 6-inch rounds, spacing them 2 inches apart on the baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 6 to 8 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and turned a light golden brown.
Allow the cheese shells to cool for 2 to 3 minutes before carefully lifting them with a spatula. Place them over the handle of a wooden spoon wrapped in aluminum foil, balancing the spoon over two cups or cans. Let the taco shells cool completely for about 10 minutes.
Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, stirring frequently to break up the meat, until browned, about 7 minutes. Season with taco seasoning, salt, and pepper, and cook for an additional minute.
Fill each cheese taco shell with the cooked beef mixture, then top with avocado, lettuce, shredded Cheddar cheese, and chopped tomatoes.
