Simple Meatballs

Ingredients List
-
2 eggs
-
2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
-
2 teaspoons chopped fresh basil
-
1 teaspoon salt
-
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
-
1 teaspoon garlic powder
-
2 pounds ground beef
-
½ cup panko bread crumbs
Instructions
-
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
-
In a large bowl, mix together eggs, Italian seasoning, basil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Add in ground beef and panko breadcrumbs, then combine thoroughly.
-
Shape the mixture into about 40 meatballs, each approximately 1 1/2 inches in diameter, a little smaller than golf balls. Arrange them on a baking sheet without greasing it.
-
Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the centers are no longer pink. Turn them halfway through the baking time. Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure the center reaches at least 160°F (70°C).
