Simple Oven-Baked Beef Ribs

¾ cup red wine

⅓ cup soy sauce

¼ cup brown sugar

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 pinch curry powder
Instructions
Collect all the ingredients and preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Place the ribs in a large pot and add enough water to cover them. Bring to a boil and cook until the meat is no longer pink, about 20 minutes. Drain the water.

In a medium bowl, whisk together red wine, olive oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, flour, garlic, and curry powder.

Generously coat the ribs with the sauce and arrange them on a baking sheet.
